How we move, sit and carry ourselves throughout the day affects our faces! This workshop combines both postural and facial exercises that create a more balanced body and a more symmetrical face.

Learn a new combination of facial exercises to tone and lift the skin, to strengthen and relax the face muscles, and to diminish and prevent wrinkles.
